RETURN POLICY

pawpawplay has a 14 day return policy (from date of invoice) on all items purchased from our website www.pawpawplay.com

pawpawplay wants to ensure your complete satisfaction with all of our products so if a return is necessary, please email us at customerservice@pawpawplay.com. A return authorization number will be provided and must be noted on the packing slip enclosed with the return item. Returns without a return authorization number will not be accepted and will be rejected at delivery. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly encourage you to insure the package for loss or damage during shipping as pawpawplay cannot be held responsible if either occurs. Items must come back unused and in resalable condition with original tags and packaging to be considered for a full refund. Failure to do this may result in a minimum 25% restocking fee and can go higher if the item is not in a sellable condition. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We reserve the right to determine whether an item has been used or washed.

Final Sale Items:

If an item is marked “final sale” it does not qualify for a return and cannot be refunded.
